Mace Project Services Ltd is a small custom project management house. We specialise in the project management of complex large and small projects with particular focus on providing bespoke plant and process commissioning programs, methodologies and services. These are tailor made to meet customer outcomes, KPI’s and deliverables.
Over the last 8 years, Mace Project Services has supplied direct project and commissioning management services internationally to GEA Process Engineering in Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, Denmark and Poland with end use clients including Almarai, Vinamilk, Arla Food Ingredients, Mlekovita and Mlekpol companies with a total combined project value of some € 200,000,000

A core function of Mace Project Services is the ability to develop teams across differing contracts, function and stakeholders within a project to achieve the common commissioning objective.

A combined industry experience of some 50 years Steve and Chris provide an effective, fast moving and responsive approach to commissioning and project management

Mace Project Services Limited (MPSL) are pleased to advise they have successfully completed the commissioning of a new wastewater treatment plant for Marlborough Vintners Winery (MVW) in Blenheim for distinguished wine maker Ant Moore. This is a new environmentally friendly and sustainable plant capable of treating up to 200m3/day of winery wastewater with proven significant reductions in BOD5, TSS, Nitrogen as well as odour. Plant design was from Biofiltro USA INC, sold by Mike Erwin the NZ Country Development Manager for Biofiltro and built locally by Robinsons Construction with electrical installation by Josh Ward from 4WARD Electrical, Nick Allen from AGWater Ltd undertaking the piping and pump supply and ground works by Bryant Earthworks.

Mace Project Services Limited are proud to announce they have been awarded a contract by the Tauranga City Council as Independent Commissioning Agents (ICA) for the Waiari Water Treatment Plant project. This is the largest water treatment infrastructure project to be undertaken by Tauranga City.
Mace Projects will plan, co-ordinate and validate all commissioning activities related to this project for Tauranga City Council.
